St Peter's Singers of Leeds who are celebrating their fortieth anniversary concert season present two beautiful Bach Cantatas and Handel's Foundling Hospital Anthem at the historic Fulneck Moravian Church just south of Pudsey on Monday 28 August 2017 at 4pm.
This Bank Holiday concert comprises some truly joyful music from the pen of JS Bach (including the famous tune 'Jesu, Joy of Man's desiring'), and, in the 275th Anniversary year of Handel's first involvement with Thomas Coram's enduring charity for children, the Foundling Hospital Anthem.
