Let our voice be our gift to all women around the world on March 8, the day recognized by the United Nations as International Women's Day, which has become a symbol of women's struggle for equality!
We wanted to support this struggle with our voices, wishing to celebrate many more years of women's visibility in social life, business life, education life and even on stage!

Our repertoire contains International music, but especially Arabic songs from different heritages (Lebanese, Palestinian, Egyptian, Iraqi, Syrian, Mouashah...). And for the first time, we have Arabic songs arranged with quarter tones. Our aim is to show the real civilized image of the Arab world and to spread our rich Music.

Prima Choir has been founded in 1996 in the pretty Bulgarian town on the Black Sea coast – Pomorie, by 25 women, practicing versatile jobs, but united by one common love – the Music. The repertoire includes works of different styles and epochs. The main part of the production is dedicated to the Church Slavonic music, variations of authentic Bulgarian folklore, and, in the same time, productions of modern Bulgarian authors. The vocal ensemble has set the ambitious task to reach a homogenous and beautiful sound, expressiveness and the right stylistic interpretation. “Prima” Choir has delivered artistic tours in Sweden (1997), Poland (1997), Greece (2002), Portugal (2004), France (2006), Albania (2010), Greece(2013)…

With styles ranging from pop to gospel, we're sure there's something to suit your taste. Come and join us on Tuesday evenings at the University of Chichester, where we rehearse. We aim to give two/three concerts a year – we hope you can be in the next one!
We are a group of ladies with ages ranging from early 20s to 50s. We usually run around the school holidays as we have a few mums but can run in the holidays as well if enough people are available.
We charge per half term which works out at £5.50 a week when you commit to the whole half term.

The Choir worked with Grammy© award winning composer Eric Whitacre, Nigel Short, former member of the famous British a capella band King’s Singers, Jo-Micheal Scheibe, the president of American Choral Directors Association and Volker Hempfling, among the most important living conductors of Germany.
Rezonans performed with significant Choirs of the world within 6 seasons by hosting them in Istanbul: Yale Schola Cantorum (conducted by Simon Carrington), Salt Lake Vocal Artists (conducted by Brady Allred) and Junges Vokalensemble Hannover (conducted by Klaus-Jürgen Etzold).
The Choir gave concerts in prominent music festivals of Turkey like IKSV Music Festival, Bogazici University Korofest, SANSEV Choral Festival, Çanakkale Choral Festival and Ankara Choral Festival.... less

The Choir aims to share qualit... moreLa Sestina is a French Choir of about 20 amateur singers based in Nice on the French Riviera. It was first created by a few friends in 1991, then enlarged over the years. It has been conducted by Stephan Nicolay since 2004.
The Choir aims to share quality music and new experiences with the audience. That is why La Sestina often performs with crossover arts on a main theme e.g. French Renaissance chansons in 16th century clothes with an actress, a cappella sacred contemporary music with dancers and video projection, Baroque French music with Chamber orchestra and a lecturer, medieval Spanish music with mediterranean ensemble of lutes and percussions, etc.
Also, the Choir aims at supporting humanitarian and social actions by offering one or several concerts each year. Many international NGO have benefited from these charity concerts such as Unicef, Unesco, Amnesty International, Red Cross, Médecins Sans Frontières and so on, but also very local associations.
