We're a group of young professionals who specialise in early Music, but Polyphony especially. The singers are made up of Cathedral choral scholars and Oxbridge choral scholars. They're directed by Matthew Collins.

Several months previous, a number of likeminded individuals began to visualise the formation of a Male Choir for the Lower Llynfi Valley, something which this area of the County Borough of Bridgend, South Wales lacked. Following lengthy discussions with a number of experienced and well respected Choristers, we came up with some basic philosophies. • Keep the Choir to a manageable size • Take our Music to the community-at-large • Establish ourselves as a quality Musical group • Encourage less experienced Choristers to grow in ability and Musicality • Share our joy in singing One thing was fundamental, and that was to keep the Choir `Ego-Free` their mantra being ‘Leave your Egos at the door as it’s the Music that matters’.
