No auditions are necessary. We also sIng In a yearly competition called Saengerfest held In June each year. Members chorus' are: Altoona, Williamsport, ReadIng, Lebanon and Mon Yough. Each chorus hosts the competition on a rotatIng basis. Rehearsals are held each Sunday at Sampsons MIlls Presbyterian Church at 1665 LIncoln Way In White Oak, PA 15131 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The Mon Yough Chorale was formerly known as the Mon Yough Community SIngers. The Mon Yough Chorale has a long history In the Mon Valley. The organization started as The McKeesport Choraliers In 1962 mergIng with the White Oak Community SIngers In 2001 becomIng the Mon Yough Community SIngers. The choir has been holdIng sInce its foundation regular weekly rehearsals, and has grown Into the biggest male choir In Croatia, but also wider. The choir In its repertoire emphasizes classical choral literature, primarily Croatian composers. In addition, the choir's repertoire Includes both a cappella compositions of the classical repertoire, from Renaissance to contemporary music, as well as the clapet and compositions of contemporary or popular multilayer music. Members of the choir are present the former students and staff of the Faculty, as well as other Interested friends and supporters of the Faculty.
