The 50s Song Mister Sandman by Pat Ballard, which I arranged, on request, for our local choir. After a few concerts, I thought it would also be fun to Sing it all myself (multitracking), so here it is. I have now published the score; see below

The Song is written for a SATB choir and is sung a cappella. It is a contemplative piece which explores themes of togetherness in adversity and the call for peace. Its opening phrase mimics that of the Last Post and it is intended to be sung as part of an act of remembrance. While we don't require auditions, our welcome process is rigorous. This kind of Singing is spiritual work and is deeply rewarding for those who are called to it.
