We rehearsed for most of The day in ... moreOn 24th November 2012 we brought togeTher 98 Singers and four choral directors for our most ambitious project to date: a choral workshop on Thomas Tallis' monumental 40-part motet, 'Spem in Alium', composed in 1570.
We rehearsed for most of The day in two-choir sections, with our four choral directors, Scott Inglis-Kidger, Sarah Tenant-Flowers, Riccardo Bonci and Jonny Davies. After lunch we began to put The sections togeTher. At 4pm we brought all 8 choirs togeTher and Scott Inglis-Kidger led a most thrilling final performance.

The ensemble collaborated with top Israeli musicians such as Yoni Rechter, Alon Olearchik and many more.
Coral Ensemble has released 3 albums: Coral Ensemble (1994), Troubdour (2010), At This Time (2017), and a recording of Tzvi Sherf's composition, based on 6 Hasidic Nigunim – Kachomer Beyad Hayotzer (As The Clay in The Potter's hand) (2019).
