It was recorded on 5th December 2010 in the Harvey Nichols Espresso Bar in Leeds' magnificent Victoria Quarter in the first of St Peter's Singers' now-traditional Sunday evening carol performances there.
The Choir is directed by Dr Simon Lindley, its Music Director since the Singers' formation in June 1977.

The Chamber Choir forms the core of Cantilon’s touring and recording program and participates in many exciting and unique activities throughout the year.
The Chamber Choir performs locally in concert at least four times per season, and competes in music Festivals at local, provincial and national levels. The Chamber Choir generally follows a three-year touring cycle: a regional tour in year one, national tour in year two, and an international tour every third year.
