But not all men’s Choirs are like that and Bournemouth Male Voice Choir certainly isn’t. Not only is our music diverse – spanning everything from Palestrina and Poulenc to Take That and Queen – but the range of venues we sing in and the diversity of our members’ interests means that BMVC has something for everyone. Η επιλογή των μελών της Χορωδίας γίνεται ύστερα από ακροάσεις και οι χορωδοί της εκπαιδεύονται, αφενός στην ανάγνωση και ερμηνεία μουσικών έργων και αφετέρου στην φωνητική διαπαιδαγώγηση. Στόχος της Χορωδίας του ΣΦΜΘ είναι η πραγματοποίηση συναυλιών, τόσο σε συνεργασία με το Μέγαρο Μουσικής, όσο και με άλλους πολιτιστικούς φορείς στην Ελλάδα και στο εξωτερικό (σε εκδηλώσεις όπως κοντσέρτα, όπερα, χορωδιακά φεστιβάλ). Για την επίτευξη των καλλιτεχνικών στόχων της Παιδικής Xορωδίας συνεργάζονται παιδαγωγός φωνής και πιανίστα, δίδοντας στους μαθητές-χορωδούς πολύτιμες συμβουλές για την καλλιτεχνική τους πρόοδο. In addition we have a choral scholarship programme for music students. We are led by Jonathan Wikeley, our Director of Music and Assistant Organist, Emma Howarth. We sing 3 out of 4 Sundays at All Saints Church Fulham at both the 9:30am Sung Eucharist and 6pm Choral Evensong. We have weekly rehearsals on Wednesdays at 8pm. We always welcome new members.
