Tomislav Veršić in the school year 1992/93 by merging two school ensembles founded a year earlier: Girls’ choir, and traditional Dalmatian male vocal group (so-called “klapa”) “Šufit”. At the end of the following school year, the choir participated for the first time at the Croatian Youth Music Festival, choral competition which is traditionally held in Varaždin, thereby winning the Silver Plaque.
