The word 'vacilando' is Spanish, and refers to taking enjoyment out of the journey rather than focusing on the destination. As such, the choir will take a more casual approach to music-making, with fewer performances throughout the season than Òran, our young adult choir. The group will still place an emphasis on all the things that make Kokopelli's music-making unique, however: Community, multiculturalism, choral excellence, and multifaceted performances.  less

Very high unpretentious music, the choir was created to provide coverage to the need to sing and further training of a group of friends singing around the figure of his teacher. The time spent on the trials is very low in comparison to a standard chorus but over the years has drawn new members, has taken on challenges in terms of repertoire, has been federated, offers concerts by the municipalities of Biscay, and share their work in exchanges with other Choirs in and out of Euskadi. Since the beginning of his career have enjoyed the cooperation of Garbiñe Abendaño as a teacher of vocal technique.  less

We're a choir of about 40 adults who enjoy singing contemporary and fun songs in a relaxed environment. We rehearse on Monday nights above a pub in London SE22. We currently have a waiting list for Alto and Soprano parts but we're worth it!

Cantorion was founded by Colin Jones in 1992 when he invited singers, who he knew and had taught and conducted previously in other Choirs across North Wales, to join his new chorus.
