The voices of young singers are celebrated and nurtured through a musicianship and vocal training program that includes reading and writing rhythms, interval recognition, diction, tone and vowel formation in a positive and fun Choral setting. We're a group of about 20 men & women, and sing in 3 or 4 (or more) part harmony. Quorum Singers of St Albans has been singing for over 25 years, and perform around 3 times a year in St Albans or locally in Hertfordshire. As well as entertaining audiences across the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne we compete regularly in barbershop harmony competitions at a national level. Ancient Christmas carol from Piae Cantiones This is my arrangement for our Community choir (Soprano, Alto and Bass), but transposed down a third here for me to sing. (The arrangement also has an optional piano part which I did not use for this recording)
