These singers also perform as soloists. The group would like to promote Their vast repertoire of singing ‘a cappella’ (without instruments) pieces from 16th to 21st century and Their different styles. As well as being accompanied by orchestral ensembles, The choir often work with notable composers (Lucian Tuguy, Thibault Maillé, Jean-Christophe Marti…) who help to create The musical pieces. Ranging from traditional concerts to original and artistic experiences, The choir is always seeking to give value to all of The creative initiatives.
In 2006, The choir collaborated with dancers from The Paris Opera House for The ballet of Stéphane Elizabé, “De l'Autre côté à l'amphithéâtre Bastille” (From The oTher side of The Bastille AmphiTheatre). Texts are available in Hebrew and in Phonetics, we translate and learn to pronounce and sing togeTher, and have an archive of all The songs and The various harmonies recorded separately to make it easier to learn and join. It's a lot of fun.
Hebrew Groove is a young, contemporary, Hebrew vocal group based in Amsterdam.
