Hailing from places as far afield as Truro and Coverack and ranging in age from thirty-something to eighty-something they unite once a week in Penryn to indulge and nurture their love of singing. The women of Mabe Ladies Choir take their music making very seriously, constantly striving to achieve the highest artistic and technical standards. That said, they do spend an inordinate amount of time laughing! Whether it’s in the rehearsal room or the concert hall the emphasis is on fun & enjoyment, for choir and audience alike. Rule Number One of being a Mabe Lady is to have fun. There is no rule Number Two  less

The Stockton Chorale is an umbrella organization which hosts six choirs. Three adult groups (auditioned and non-auditioned) and three youth groups (auditioned). See our website for more information.

We are a small, friendly chorus of women of all ages. We enjoy entertaining and competing, and have a lot of fun, whilst constantly working on improving our sound. Performances are of a widely varied nature, including major Works such as Verdi's Requiem and Britten's War Requiem. New members always welcome - see website for details. In addition to the main choir there are smaller groups such as the Chamber Choir and Ladies' Choir. An extensive 'Academy' vocal and musical training programme is in place, open to members and non-nembers.  less

We're a group of about 20 men & women, and sing in 3 or 4 (or more) part harmony. Quorum love to raise money for local causes - covering all sorts of charities, in all sorts of venues. Quorum Singers of St Albans has been singing for over 25 years, and perform around 3 times a year in St Albans or locally in Hertfordshire. We rehearse once a week on Wednesdays, throughout the term time, and can often be found performing in Christopher Place around Christmas time!  less
