Bien que les rois mages soient morts, mon étoile va encore me conduire à l'endroit où je peux embrasser la tête auréolée de l'Enfant. L'arrangement par David Monks, compositeur irlandais, est chanté par le Choeur d'Alzonne. La représentation a été donnée dans la Collégiale Saint-Michel, Castelnaudary, 9 Décembre 2011. Our aim was to capture a serious English Boys C...  moreAs part of the Vocal Art Ensemble's "Inkspell--Choral Music Inspired by Masters of Poetry" concerts in May, 2012, this piece for treble chorus and piano by Jere Hutchinson sets e.e. cummings' whimsical poem. Our aim was to capture a serious English Boys Choir poise while making the most of the poems playful spookiness, so we elicited help from the men of the chorus to try and 'frighten' the women singing.
