It is made up of local people from Stirling and The surrounding areas, aged 15yrs old to 65yrs old, from students to nurses to teachers...and Their repertoire includes songs by surprising bands and singers such as The Kings of Leon and Primal Scream. After only 2 months togeTher, The Heart of Scotland choir were delighted to be given The opportunity to sing at Stirling Castle’s 2010 Hogmanay Celebrations which Then led to a spot on Ewen Cameron’s Real Radio Breakfast Show in The same week! 2011 has proved to be a phenomenal year for The HOS choir. We were originally founded as a workplace choir for K Shoes (taken over by Clarks) of Kendal, Cumbria in 1969. We have around fifty members and support local and national charities. We are a very friendly choir and welcome new members.

The choir is known for its modern choral music repertoire, consisting of songs from all over The world as well as pop music masterpieces. The group was awarded a silver medal in pop music category during 5th 'Music Everywhere Festival' in Gdansk in 2019. So far, The choir has performed in several places in Poland, often The non-obvious Ones, trying to make choral music available to everyOne.
