The members live at different places throughout the country. Five times a year they gather in different places in Norway to share music with each other and their audience. The Singers have a true passion for singing and performing music, which captures the audience in a way that makes them feel like they take part of a musical journey that Via Vitae guides them through. The choir shows the way through a wide repertoire of choral music, both secular and church music, rhythmical and classical music. Our Holiday...  moreThe Connecticut Master Chorale, founded and directed by Tina Johns Heidrich in 1999, is a premier Ensemble of 55 professional-caliber vocalists with a precise blend and balance. We present two performances per season in Western Connecticut. Our Holiday Prelude Concerts are accompanied by the Connecticut Master Chorale Holiday Brass, and our Spring Concerts are accompanied by the Connecticut Master Chorale Orchestra. In addition to the regularly scheduled performances, our accomplishments include a Christmas Concert at the White House, a U.S. premiere performance at Lincoln Center, three Carnegie Hall appearances, as well as concerts at West Point, Madison Square Garden, and with the Ridgefield Symphony - all by invitation.
