Some of the significant performances of the CHOIR can be listed as Ankara Polyphonic CHOIR Festival, Afyon Classical Music Festival, Austrian Consulate Culture Office New Year Concert, Jungend Musiziert Competition Opening Concert, Istanbul International CHOIR Days (2008, 2009, 2010, 2011) In year 2007 announced as ''Mevlana (Jalāl ad-Dīn Rūmī) Year'' by UNESCO, the CHOIR prepared the repertoire including the works of Mevlana and Yunus Emre. Inclusive is the word which probably best describes Open Arts Community CHOIR. It features people with disabilites and those without, from every section of the community in Northern Ireland. The age range is extensive, from seventeen to over seventy but most importantly members are united by their love of singing.
