Bairstow, Poem by Shelly) Das "Ensemble quartonal" wurde im Jahr 2006 von vier ehemaligen Mitgliedern der Chorknaben Uetersen gegründet. Im Mai 2010 konnte das junge Quartett beim Deutschen Chorwettbewerb den 1. Preis in der erstmals ausgeschriebenen Kategorie der klassischen Ensembles gewinnen und wurde damit über die Landesgrenzen hinaus bekannt. Diese Aufnahme stammt von einem Konzert im Lübecker Dom.

The ensemble performs with Jon Washburn and the Vancouver Chamber Choir on three or four concert programmes each season and also presents one or two independent concerts with its own conductor. Pacifica Singers provides an ideal performance venue for experienced and motivated choral singers whose goal is to make Music at a very high level. By providing direct exposure to the world of professional Music making, it is an experience of great value for singers intending to make a career in Music.
