Formed in 2006, Palmetto Voices is comprised of Musicians from all around the southeast, lead by Dr. Sonja Sepulveda. Specialized styles include; concert spiritual, jazz and renaissance Music.

All members ...  moreInitially formed as part of a school-outreach program with the Quintessential Vocal Ensemble (QVE) in Newfoundland in 2009, Afterglow developed a love of 6-part a cappella Music and began searching for new and challenging Musical experiences. All members of QVE, the singers range in disciplines from Music to Engineering to the Arts. Afterglow performs frequently throughout St. John’s, including being featured guests on CBC Radio, local television, Festival 500, as well as community concerts and fundraisers. the group writes their own arrangements and began presenting full concerts last spring. Afterglow was one of 11 groups selected world-wide to partake in the Small Vocal Ensembles component of international biennial Festival 500 in July 2011. This will include masterclasses and individual coaching sessions with Bob Chilcott and Finnish group, Rajaton. Originating at the University of Cambridge, the consort attracted singers from the renowned Choirs of St John's, Jesus, Trinity and King's Colleges. Now a professional vocal ensemble, Platinum Consort boasts some of the best young singers in London. they have an affinity with the Music of composer Richard Bates and recently premiered his Tenebrae Responsories. these, along with other Music inspired by the Tenebrae tradition appear on Platinum's debut album, In the Dark which is released on Resonus Classics. Platinum also runs a Boys' Choir, which aims to be one of the best of its kind in the UK. Equally at home singing Renaissance Music and jazz, they also write their own compositions and arrangements, often combining old and new styles in Music tailored to their unique vocal colours. One of the ensemble’s long-time interests has been the poetry of Clément Marot in 16th-century chanson.
