Usually consisting of 20 to 24 members, the Chorale focuses primarily on Chamber choir repertoire and tackles a wide variety of styles, languages, and techniques. Chorale membership is reserved for students who demonstrate some level of music-reading ability, experience singing in advanced Choral ensembles, and/or the potential to thrive in a small, advanced Chamber choir environment. During the audition process, careful attention is given to maintaining artistic balance among the sections of the chorus. In our 'Me and All of You' Concerts in March 2017, where the choir was largely accompanying solo instruments in a Concerto, or where we were sharing the limelight with a virtuosic soloist, we chose to begin our Concert as we would if we were an orchestra!
