In June 2010 Harmonia Sacra were invited to perform a programme of music by early seventeenth-century English Recusant musicians (including William Byrd, Richard Dering and Peter Philips) for a Swansea University History conference at Oystermouth. We sing a varied mix of music from traditional ballads and songs from The West End shows, to popular numbers. We welcome new adult members with or without prior choral experience. You do need some musical ability, but it's not essential to read music. Rehearsals are in Wembdon, near Bridgwater, on a Tuesday evening.

As The premiere chorale Ensemble at OSU, The OSU Chamber Choir, under The direction of Dr. Steven Zielke, has garnered national attention and international awards. While touring Eastern Europe in 2001, The choir received The Grand Prize at The Festival of Light in Bulgaria, and in April 2006, The Chamber Choir was selected as The only collegiate mixed choir from outside of The state of Utah to perform at The 60th Music Educators National Biennial Conference in Salt Lake City.
The choir has performed in many exciting venues, including a performance of Beethoven's Ninth Symphony in Smetana Hall in Prague and at Strathov Monastery in Prague Castle, The first choir allowed to perform in The monastery in decades.
