The WORDS were taken from "As You Like It" by William Shakespeare (Act II Scene VII):
Blow, blow, thou winter wind,
Thou art not so unkind
As man’s ingratitude;
Thy tooth is not so keen,
Because thou art not seen,
Although thy breath be rude.
Heigh-ho! sing, heigh-ho! unto the green holly:
Most friendship is feigning, most loving mere folly:
Then, heigh-ho, the holly!
This life is most jolly.
Freeze, freeze, thou bitter sky,
That dost not bite so nigh
As benefits FORgot:
Though thou the waters warp,
Thy sting is not so sharp
As friend remembered not.
Heigh-ho! sing, heigh-ho! unto the green holly... less

Lyrics:
We stay apart and we don't know FOR how long we have to sing alone
But staying strong so more voices can join us in chorus one day soon.
Though we're apart from everyone, we are a part of everything,
and every day everyone in different ways and places is facing this difficult phase.
So don't lose heart, let's make a start, let's make our art.
We're here to stay, we're here to say we'll play our part.
We stay afar and we can't see the ending; the future's still unknown.
We still stay strong separated in space; not in spirit, not in song.
Though we're apart from everyone, we are a part of everything,
and every day everyone in different ways and places is facing this difficult phase.

As a Corporate Motivation product, Tolga Gülen has been working with companies on PoliPop since 2011. Deciding to offer PoliPop outside of corporate participation, it was implemented within the body of "Kadıköy Municipality Volunteer Counseling and Training Center". PoliRock, together with PoliPop, became Turkey's second modular Chorus project.
There is no notation and exam system in PoliRock. Tolga Gülen has been using his own song learning technique that he developed during his work with corporate companies FOR years. PoliRock is open to the participation of anyone who wants to sing.
"PoliRock" is a Tolga Gülen and Imelda Amber Gülen project. less
