The Choir’s performance is sometimes a cappella, while at other times accompanied by a jazz trio or piano. Sectional rehearsals are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays (11 to 11:50AM).  

The Voice Community Choir is based in Barnstaple, North Devon. We sing a cappella music, old and new and songs from around the world. The emphasis is on enjoyment of singing - and is open to ALL.

Piano music for Choir? Why not! Written originally for solo vocalist, I turned this into an SATB choral tongue-twister--a cappella--and then added a piano part, which was further orchestrated for Choirs performing with orchestra during the holiday season....

Music for Soprano, Boys Choir, Mixed Choir and Chamber Orchestra. Primarily, the score (main part)was written for Choir a cappella with optional harp and solo (flute, oboe, violin) instrument.
