The Or Y-a Choir is a women's Choir under the direction of Nomi Teplow. The Choir is comprised of women of all ages from all over Samaria in Israel who come together to sing in a variety of musical styles in close harmony, to learn to sing and to have a good time.

Reading A440 Choir presents choral music with the added dimension of multi-media storytelling and the incorporation of non-choral Arts supplementing our music in our performances. We also like to enter competitions.

Under the direction of Lisa Wong, the Choir has been praised for its beauty of sound, high level of artistry, and engaging performances. The Wooster Chorus presents several concerts both on and off-campus throughout the academic year, and embarks each spring on a week-long domestic tour. Membership is by audition. Recent collaborative performances have included Beethoven's Symphony No. 9 in D Minor with the Cleveland Orchestra and Cleveland Orchestra Chorus.  less

The memories of the wonderful and exciting years, the great musical and personal experiences gained while singing in the children’s Choir motivated a group of former members to reunite and to found a Female vocal ensemble – in January 2004, students, mothers and young professionals come together to sing for the first time as “Cantilena”. Prof. Elisabeth Ziegler, conductor of the “Gumpoldskirchner Spatzen”, was entrusted to be the artistic director of the new women’s Choir. She was tempted by the possibility to go beyond the limits given by the repertoire of a children’s Choir and to discover new choral literature with the now adult singers. The Choir's repertoire i...  moreRainford Ladies' Choir is a warm and friendly group of singers who enjoy meeting each week to sing and socialise; based in Rainford, Merseyside. The Choir currently has around 30 members, with Martin Weston as musical director. The Choir's repertoire is wide and varied, with many songs taken from shows and films. We also sing sacred, gospel, jazz, pop and world music, with the odd novelty number thrown in! We perform at many events in Lancashire and Merseyside, including two main concerts each year at Rainford Parish Hall, plus charity events and private functions.  less
