We are resident at St. Matthew's parish church in Chapel Allerton. We rehearsal three times a month, on a Friday evening and sing four services a month, including Evensong on the first Sunday of every month. We also often host come and sing days and various workshops, our two most recent projects have been on Buxtehude's Membra Jesu Nostri and Mozart's Requiem. One of the things we find with our choir is  that during the middle or the year (our New Zealand winter) , we're often plagued with choir members getting sick, wintery bitter weather (so nobody wants to leave their warm homes), or members taking trip...
