A true Community venture, Love2sing opens its doors to adults of all ages and abilities who just Love2sing. The choir began, at Hanwell Community Centre W7. The first cLass had only 11 brave singers but over the years numbers have steadily grown. In 2015 the choir was asked to take part in the prestigious Ealing Music and Film Festival performing to a sold out auditorium. Come and sing with us at a Love2sing choir near you! All levels and abilities are welcome with No Audition. Choirs meet in Hanwell, Ealing and Ickenham. Take part in fun, friendly and informative weekly rehearsals plus twice yearly Concerts and socials. You will make new friends, get involved in your local Community, learn and Love2sing. We meet for specific performance projects and workshops. We are open to all singers with no auditions and previous experience of contemporary music is not needed. We work mainly, though not exclusively, from music, some of which is unconventionally notated. Most of our work is a capella and the focus is on ensemble singing. One objective is to expand the contemporary amateur vocal repertoire, which is less developed than the instrumental repertoire.
