Conducting experience acquired during numerous concerts with the Poznan Philharmonic and Sinfonia Varsovia orchestras played a crucial role in the establishment of the young artist's own ensemble, which soon found recognition among organizers of prominent competitions and festivals. In Abgrenzung von Kammer- und Kirchenchor stiftete der Name „Jedweder Küchenchor“ eine Identität, die es in der Folge erlaubte, sich quer durch das Repertoire der Musikliteratur zu singen. Nach den anfänglich ausschließlich musikalischen Chordarbietungen, entdeckte der Chor immer mehr die Lust zur kreativen Bühnengestaltung und begann dramaturgische Elemente in die musikalische Darbietung einzubauen. Für das Programm „Familie Grinzinger besteigt einen Berg“ 1997, engagierte er erstmals eine Regisseurin (Nika Sommeregger), die den Chor bei der Inszenierung unterstützte.
