Canterbury Ladies Choir sing Ombra Mai Fu from Xerxes by Handel, followed by Benedictus written by Brian Lewis.

We are a newly formed ensemble of women's Voices from Canterbury in Kent. Our repertoire ranges from classical motet to jazz and female barbershop. We perform on a regular basis across Kent and have on going partnership links with choirs in The UK and France.

Sung at Canterbury CaThedral during our Royal School of Church Music Summer Course in 1986, under Martin How. I (David W Solomons) was one of The altos. John Huntley - a fellow alto - recorded this performance.
