This is a group of kids who study in the school and as an extracurricular program for the children. We receive children...  moreOctava Children Choir was founded in 2009 as a part of St. Anthony of Padua Elementary School, located in BSD Serpong, South Tangerang. This is a group of kids who study in the school and as an extracurricular program for the children. We receive children from the 3rd till 6th grades. the choir is conducted by Fanny Kristianus Kalensang and till now is the one who is in charge of all OCC's activities.

I love the tempo, phrasing, rubato and expressiveness. the paraphrase of Psalm 121 is mine. I wrote this as my way of dealing with the loss of two choir members who both suddenly died the first year I was in Montana. It was my way of turning to the psalms for prayer. the recent pictures were taken in Shenandoah National Park in Virginia.
