The ensemble performs Sacred, religious, OPM, Pop and Folkloric repertoire from different well-known local and international composers and arrangers.
The group was formed in 2016 with sixteen pioneer members representing the 16th note on the logo of Quorista. Currently engaged itself in music festivals, concerts, Local and International Competitions.
Currently under the musical tutelage of the founder himself Mr. Ronnie Abarquez.

“Misericordes sicut Pater,” is the official Latin theme of the Year of Mercy and translates to “Merciful Like the Father"; by the English Composer Paul Inwood and the text of the hymn in Latin and Italian was written by Jesuit Father Eugenio Costa.

The title is drawn from John 6:36, Misericordes sicut Pater (English: Be Merciful, As YOur Father Is). Inwood's composition was the winner in an international competition sponsored by the Pontifical Council for the Promotion of the New Evangelization. The hymn has now been released in Italian, French, and English, with a Latin antiphon and refrains.
