Each winter and summer, Chris Rowbury gaThers a random bunch of singers from in and around Ipswich. There are no auditions and all Songs are taught and learnt by ear. The East Central University Department of Music as part of The School of Fine Arts is housed in The beautiful Hallie Brown Ford Fine Arts Center. The Department has over two hundred participating students of which approximately half are music majors. We have eighteen faculty members and are fully accredited by The National Association of Schools of Music.
