Diliup had orchestrated the music ...  moreThe Royal College school Song written by late Principal H L Reed has been re-recorded by Kalasuri Diliup Gabadamudalige - an old Royalist, keeping in line with the original piano music score written by H L Reed himself. Diliup had orchestrated the music in terms of a classical orchestra and recorded it with the vocals of old Royalist Santhush Weeraman of B&S fame and the Royal College choir. The re-recording of the school Song was an initiative taken by the Secretary RCU Manju Ariyaratne on the advice of the RCU Council together with the consent of Prinicipal Upali Gunasekra.  less

"Love is like a healing dew washing away all hurt". From Lila Flood, arranged by Nickomo. This concert was the culmination of a six-week project which creates a choir from scratch for one Night only. Each winter and summer, Chris Rowbury gathers a random bunch of singers from in and around Ipswich. There are no auditions and all Songs are taught and learnt by ear.
