The choir gives and annual Easter and Christmas performance, an annual Summer Concert and European Tour. Their repertoire ranges from Handel’s Zadok the Priest to Karl Jenkin’s The Armed Man. The Choir has performed in many major venues around in Europe, including St Nicolas Church Prague to St Mark’s Venice, and has sung in many commercial concerts including premiere of James Brett’s Book of Dreams and performed for the Queen’s arrival at Bushy Park during her Majesty’s Golden Jubilee, where the choir also deputised for the Opera Babes. The Singers in the choir are experienced musicians, many having sung with other choirs and choral societies and many are instrumentalists and instrumental music teachers. While the majority of the Singers are undergraduate music majors, membership is open to all students at the university through an audition process. The group has achieved an impressive reputation of excellence, having been chosen each of the last twenty years to perform at conventions or festivals around the country: the Pennsylvania Music Educators State Conference; the Eastern Division Music Educators National Conference; the Music Educators National Convention; the American Choral Directors Association Pennsylvania State Conference, and the ACDA Eastern Division Convention. The choir is renowned on the international stage as well, representing the US at competitions and festivals around the world. We are a friendly choir of all ages, who go on overseas tours every two to three years. We meet on Wednesday evenings from 7.15 to 9.30pm during term time.

Founded in 1989 by Mr. Albert Morland to provide an opportunity for ex-members of the Wonderboom High School Choir to continue singing together after matriculating, it has since evolved to include members from a broader community that come from various backgrounds and professions (including law, accounting, nursing, teaching and IT) and are between 18 and 65 years of age. The choir has toured and performed across South Africa during the past 30 years and has an established reputation as a warm, friendly and “no-fuss” group with good choral sound who are just as comfortable performing at nursing homes and other charitable events as they are performing alongside the best choirs in the world on International stages, for instance, at the 10th World Choir Games in 2018, where they took home a silver medal (79.5%) in the champion’s category for mixed adult choirs. We are led by Jonathan Wikeley, our D...  moreBased in south-West London, All Saints Fulham Choir are a friendly, talented and experienced group of young volunteer Singers in our 20s and 30s. In addition we have a choral scholarship programme for music students. We are led by Jonathan Wikeley, our Director of Music and Assistant Organist, Emma Howarth. We sing 3 out of 4 Sundays at All Saints Church Fulham at both the 9:30am Sung Eucharist and 6pm Choral Evensong. We have weekly rehearsals on Wednesdays at 8pm. We always welcome new members. With a great sense of fun and a unique style of entertainment, the chorus has gripped audiences during its history of 34 years. Our close knit membership of nearly sixty guys has a strong commitment to vocal and performance excellence. Cottontown particularly enjoy competing in both national and international barbershop competitions. Well respected stages around the UK including the London Palladium have given us the opportunity to wow audiences with stirring harmonies, emotional lyrics, exciting choreography and visual effects. It is composed of members coming from the Senior High School and College levels of the University, and in the recent years, it has bagged awards in different inter-School competitions, including the Southern Luzon Colleges and Universities Athletic Association (SLCUAA) Cultural Competition wherein it ranked as the 1st Runner-Up in 2017 and 2018, and the 2nd Runner-Up in 2019. It has also sent its members to acclaimed skill improvement programs such as those organized by the Children’s Museum and Library, Inc. wherein its members were hailed as the best in singing workshops in 2016, 2017, and 2018.  less
