The 2011 Chamber Choir consists of 12 treble voices, with singers aged 16-24. Accomplishments of this distinguished group include: Gold Standing at MusicFest Canada, Richmond, 2005 "Your Choir resides at the level...of artistry. The Choir regularly performs at weddings, corporate events and massed male voice Choir events, enthralling audiences up and down the country, having also performed in Jersey, Ireland, Belgium, Germany and the USA. Choristers hail from all over North London and have raised substantial funds for national and local charities including the Paul Strickland Scanner Appeal, The Stroke Association, the RAF Benevolent Fund and Bentley Priory Museum. The Choir’s musical director, Elaine Chan, is an acclaimed composer and a musical theatre icon in Singapore. She has played a prominent role in guiding the Choir in singing its eclectic repertoire of pop, Broadway numbers, classical choral, and even African chants and gypsy wedding songs. nůmama has its beginnings as a mother and baby group in 2009, and has since grown into a Choir for all women. Canterbury Girls Choir is a non selective Choir for girls aged between 7 and 18 from schools in the Canterbury area. The girls perform on a regular basis across Kent and regularly travel to Northern France for concert performances.
