Our choir also participated in a combined Concert with Southwestern College in Chula Vista, CA and Last fall we were chosen to be a part of a larger ensemble to sing in Rome, Italy, performing at the Vatican. The choir prepared their inaugural Concert, entitled In the Beginning, in cooperation with young Finnish conductor Dani Juris The topic of creation coincided not only with the central composition of the Concert, Copland’s In the Beginning, but also with the choir’s first public appearance and presentation of the concept of their work.
