The emphasis is on enjoying singing together with lots of energy and enthusiasm. Everything is taught by ear - no written music is used at all. We perform at community events and have members from across the mid-Cornwall area.

The Choir is known for its friendly and embracing nature and the current 34 men & women members who are very keen to welcome new members of all Voice Parts. The Choir's repertoire and is made up of a wide selection of musical genres which appeal to both members and audiences alike.Composers and arrangers are generally modern from UK and USA. Goal of the Choir is equally the choral and music development of its members and the contribution to the cultural development of Alexandria and the surrounding area. Although it started as a small ensemble singing monophonic or at best diphone melodies without instrumental accompaniment, today has more than 80 choristers, mostly girls, 10-25 years old, and interprets as a triphonic Choir almost all kinds of music, with an emphasis on the music of the nations and Greek composers.
