It is open to all no matter what musical background, if any you may have. We "sing for the the sheer joy of it" and do local concerts.
Recently we have sung at a large church inter-denominational christmas gathering and the highlight of the year to sing at a wedding at the request of the Bride and Groom.

Impromptu appearances during shopping hours will be followed by a live concert at 8.00pm on Sunday July 6.
However, we also hope to raise sufficient funds to record this so that it can become more widely available, and are appealing to as many people as possible to participate in the Project by giving whatever they would like, in return for a reward or perk. It's quite a good way of pre-ordering the CD ! If you feel inspired to contribute please go to: http://igg.me/at/stpeterssingers
More information about St Peter's Singers, including details of forthcoming concerts, recitals and services, can be found on on the choir's website http://www.stpeters-singers.org... less

The Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square perform "Come, Thou Fount of Every Blessing," an American folk hymn arranged by Mack Wilberg. This performance was the last song on the last live broadcast (on March 8, 2020) before the Choir put live performances on hold due to COVID-19.
Lyrics:
Come, thou Fount of ev'ry blessing,
Tune my heart to sing thy grace;
Streams of mercy, never ceasing
Call for songs of loudest praise.
Teach me some melodious sonnet,
Sung by flaming tongues above;
Praise the mount! I'm fixed upon it,
Mount of thy redeeming love.
Here I raise my Ebenezer,
Hither by thy help I'm come;
And I hope, by thy good pleasure,
safely to arrive at home.
Prone to wander Lord, I feel it,
Prone to leave the God I lo... less
