La obra integra música compuesta por Raga y Cruz, a través de un proceso de interacción a distancia, una exploración de texturas y recursos que buscan unir a las posibilidades sonoras de la voz humana, otro tipo de sonoridades, corporales, instrumentales, haciendo uso de la tecnología. Con la interpretación de Aequalis Aurea, coro de cámara femenino tutelado por la Fundación Aequalis. We hAve been invited by Ely Cathedral in Cambridgeshire, UK, to sing as "choir in residence" for a week in July 2014, taking over their choir's duties of singing 8 services that week. We are the only Hawai'i choir to belong to the Royal School of Church Music, and we use their adjudication standards to award medals which are internationally recognized by the RSCM. We sing sacred music in English, Latin, and Hawaiian. We are always looking for new choristers. Auditions are year-around, although placement occurs only in fall semester and spring semester. We give you the pleasure of enjoying fine music and knowing you are a part of a musical community - a team that enriches the life of all of us. We currently hAve about 50 members. We feature a variety of music from popular to classical. Our selections are fun and challenging for singers and entertaining and rewarding for audiences. Open rehearsals for potential new members are held in September and January at the beginning of the rehearsal seasons. No formal auditions are held, but we do expect new members to be experienced in four part choral singing, and to hAve some ability to read along with sheet music.
