-- CURRENTLY DORMANT -- The Overture Choir is an audition-free, Community Choir from Calgary, Alberta, Canada, which focuses on making singing accessible and enjoyable for Community members of all ages (18+).

This Choir is part of Community Development by Hope Citadel Health Care and the Salvation Army Eden project in Fitton Hill Oldham. It is open to all no matter what musical background, if any you may have. We "sing for the the sheer joy of it" and do local concerts. Recently we have sung at a large church inter-denominational christmas gathering and the highlight of the year to sing at a wedding at the request of the Bride and Groom.

The chorale is an adult auditioned (SATB) Community based chorus based in NE Philadelphia. Our current Artistic Director is Gary Eslinger. We perform 2-6 concerts per year at venues throughout the five county Philadelphia area.

SINGERS: Valley Chamber Chorale members are talented singers committed to a high standard of performance. Just as our concerts display a dynamic diversity in programming and instrumentation, so do our singers reflect marvelous variety. Our members are educators and students, physicians and attorneys, stay-at-home moms, clergy, pilots, corporate executives and professional musicians. Some have sung with the Chorale for more than 30 years – some have sung just a year. Chorale members tend to be actively involved in the Community and sing with the group as a way to share the gift of music with our St. Croix Valley audiences.
