The MVHS Chamber Singers were invited to perform at The Western Division American Choral Directors Association in Tucson, Arizona. Then in March 2011, Chamber Singers performed at The ACDA national conference in Chicago, Illinois.

The score is at once rhythmic and exciting, haunting and unsettling. It was a winner of The 2018 Uncommon Music Festival Composition Competition. It is accessible for all fine high school, collegiate and community choral ensembles. We have performed to standing ovations all over The world, including Russia, Romania, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, China, South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, and The eight largest cities in Japan. It's members represent The multi-ethnicity of Hawaii's population and include Singers of Asian, Pacific, European and American backgrounds. Singers from all walks of life, ranging in age from teens to octogenarians make up The membership of The group. The Chorale presents two major concerts each year, in addition to sponsoring a Community Chorus Festival and performing at care facilities and retirement homes. In past years They toured Hawaii's neighboring Islands, Europe, Japan and China and are planning a trip to Ireland in The future. Membership in The Chorale is open to adult Singers of The Oahu community.  less
