Our firSt meeting/rehearsal was in September 2013. We are directed by MaeStro Manuel Jesús Sanchidrián Torti who has an excellent reputation as a choral director in Malaga. Our firSt Concert was in Velez-Malaga in December 2013 when we were joined by a children's choir and a youth orcheStra from the Conservatorio “GONZALO MARTIN TENLLADO” in Malaga, both of which are also directed by Manuel Sanchidrián . We plan further Concerts and we intend to collaborate with other choirs from different areas of Spain. Our Singers represent 12 different countries and we sing in a number of languages. The members are composed of high school, college Students and out of school youth and employees who lives in Timog, CAA, Las Piñas City that is why the former name of the choir was Timog Youth Choir. The name was changed since the choir Started to expand its age range from 15-20 years old to open age as long as the member would fit the singing Style of the choir. The choir usually held ChriStmas Concerts and performs at quarterly general assembly of choirs in the parish.
