The cornerstone of the Chorus ... moreAs a nationally recognized choral organization offering Musical training and performance to a diverse group of choristers, the Tucson Arizona Boys Chorus has provided an artistic and cultural resource in Tucson for 75 years. The cornerstone of the Chorus is traditional boychoir music including sacred and secular pieces spanning the Middle Ages to the present.
The Chorus incorporates songs and ballads of the American Southwest and other repertoire into its program in a unique way. Costumed as cowboys the boys sing the songs of the saddle and showcase their trick rodeo roping. The Chorus also performs contemporary music including Broadway show tunes, international songs, holiday music and modern favorites.
Additionally, the Chorus represents the Tucson community as a world renowned choral organization. It has toured throughout the U.S. and many countries around the world. En la actualidad sus componentes vienen desde distintos centros escolares, institutos y facultades.
En sus ya 18 años de historia la EMA ha participado en multitud de concursos, encuentros y congresos con coros de todo el mundo y ha sido invitada a colaborar en galas y proyectos benéficos. Tuvieron especial relevancia los encuentros nacionales en Guadix (Granada), Toledo, Oviedo y Murcia, así como los congresos internacionales en Granada, Estocolmo, Roma y París. The choir’s Musical director, Elaine Chan, is an acclaimed composer and a Musical theatre icon in Singapore. She has played a prominent role in guiding the choir in singing its eclectic repertoire of pop, Broadway numbers, classical choral, and even African chants and gypsy wedding songs.
nůmama has its beginnings as a mother and baby group in 2009, and has since grown into a choir for all women. Our mission is to be an inexpensive Musical support group focusing on the needs of the women. We are best summed up by our strapline: sing:support:escape

Recently we have sung at a large church inter-denominational christmas gathering and the highlight of the year to sing at a wedding at the request of the Bride and Groom.
