The Fantasy Choir was created in January 2014 and is the first and only choir in Greece repertoire reclaimed exclusively from fiction .  

The 20-member Vocal Art Ensemble presents Eric Whitacre's Cloudburst as the finale to their "Cloudburst--Sounds of Nature" concert in May 2011, joined by members of the JUUliebells ensemble.

Our group is dedicated to the research and diffusion of ancient music, mainly Renaissance and Baroque. This group is made up of 10 singers and performers all under the age of 25, giving Vandeca a youthful and fresh take on every genre, from classical to pop, musical theatre to jazz, and everything in between! Each singer in Vandeca comes from a different musical background, shaping who we are as a group. Having only been in existence since November of 2011, this group has big plans to shape the face of choral music in Vancouver, encouraging our audience to feel connected with our performances through multi-genre pieces, and using movement and amazing sound to inspire others to become involved with their local choral groups.  less

A "circle dance", this performance from december, 2010 is The Vocal Art Ensemble's interpretation of what it might have looked like when it was performed by the pilgrims who had come to visit the black virgin statue at the monestary.
