Executing this music with "sensitivity and style" (Early Music America), Schola Antiqua takes pride in providing the highest standards of research, performance, and education involving many under-served repertories in the western Musical canon. Founded in 2000, the organization has received invitations to perform from the Indianapolis Early Music Festival, CHICAGO’s Newberry Library, the CHICAGO Cultural Center, the University of CHICAGO, the University of Notre Dame, the American Guild of Organists, and numerous locations across the Midwest. We work All season to put together one huge year end show, staged and in a theatre. Our season goes from September until May.

We provide music for All occasions, such as private parties, corporate functions, weddings, birthdays, etc., with a varied repertoire in the style of the Manhattan Transfer, New York Voices, the Real Group, Singers Unlimited, the Swingle Singers, Take Six and others. Clearly Vocal was selected as one of seven groups to compete in the 2010 Rocky Mountain Harmony Sweepstakes in Denver, Colorado. As winners of the 2010 Contemporary A Cappella League Showcase, Clearly Vocal was a featured group at the SoJam A Cappella Festival in Durham, North Carolina, November 12 & 13, 2010.  less

Are you a legal professional who's looking for a fresh way to connect with your Musical interests and like-minded legal eagles while giving back meaningfully to our community? the 80+ voice New York City Bar Chorus ("CBC") will conduct a limited number of auditions (brief, private and low-pressure), with primary focus on baritones, basses and high sopranos, for our fAll 2017 cycle. We rehearse about three Tuesday evenings per month, from 7:00 to 8:30 PM, in midtown Manhattan to produce what listeners describe as a professional-quality sound, spanning Musical theater, jazz, pop/rock, gospel and classical styles.
