During the tenure of Principal Major Harry L. Reed the Choir won the prestigious R. Meaden Shield(Senior) for Singing for 10 successive years from 1920 to 1931, once with a perfect score of 200/200.
The College Anthem ‘School of our Fathers’, composed by Principal Reed made its debut at this competition on the 13th day of July, 1928 and to this day takes responsibility of preserving the College Anthem. The Choir was trained by Mrs. Reed with the support of Robert C. Edwards, Esq.
The Choir today continues to sing at many major events in and out of College, the most significant out of which being the Annual Carol Service. It is currently trained by the eminent Ms. Sureka Amerasinghe. less

We perform four major concerts per year, including a holiday program, a classical performance with orchestra, and a spring pops concert.

In 2001 The Cathedral Chorale became the Arts District Chorale, receiving its non-profit 501(c)(3) status in 2004.

The Chorale had an humble beginning in 1992 under a very different name and with a smaller group of choristers in the City of Gosnells, it is now based in Bunbury Western Australia. The current choristers come from country centres such Wickepin, Cuballing, Narrogin, Donnybrook, Harvey, Perth and of course Bunbury. The Chorale travels extensively and is always in demand interstate and overseas.
The Nightingale's rehearsals takes place the first three Fridays of each month from 6.10 pm to 8.10 pm, and the 4th Sunday of every month from 9.30 am to 3.30 pm. The rehearsal venue is at the Walker Hall,Bunbury. Meeting times will be changed as from 10th February 2012 and will be advertised well in advance less

It's members represent the multi-ethnicity of Hawaii's population and include singers of Asian, Pacific, European and American backgrounds. Singers from all walks of life, ranging in age from teens to octogenarians make up the membership of the group.
The Chorale presents two major concerts each year, in addition to sponsoring a Community Chorus Festival and performing at care facilities and retirement homes. In past years they toured Hawaii's neighboring Islands, Europe, Japan and China and are planning a trip to Ireland in the future.
Membership in the Chorale is open to adult singers of the Oahu Community. less
