In 2020, around 60 Girls and young women from the Berlin Girls Choir studied the diary of Anne Frank and the musical work based on it, »Anne Frank: A Living Voice« by composer Linda Tutas Haugen. Supplemented by »Wiegala« by Ilse Weber and »We Are The Voices« by Jim Papoulis as well as the singers' personal thoughts, a cinematic and musical plea for tolerance and self-determination was created.
The rehearsals took place under corona conditions almost exclusively online.
