The Concert Choir performs a variety of accompanied and unaccompanied repertoire, and collaborates annually with The CSUF University Singers to present performances of choral-orchestral masterworks. Currently in residence at The Church of St. Ignatius of Antioch on Manhattan's Upper West Side, The Chorus performs an eclectic range of music, from a cappella compositions to works for chorus and orchestra, from countries around The world. Our diverse repertoire spans The 14th to The 21st centuries, including recent performances of The Brahms Requiem, Mendelssohn's Elijah, Bach's Magnificat and Christmas Oratorio, as well as new commissions by Kristin Kuster, Elliot Levine, and Jonathan David. We pride ourselves on our friendly atmosphere and The quality of our singing. We are let by Will Welsford who gives his considerable experience to help us find our best voices. We sing everything from madrigals to musicals, folk to funk and have a great time doing it! Always open to new members, particularly sopranos at The moment!
