Members saw The need for a name which reflected Their distinctive sound and musical objectives. They chose Voyces – a uniting image, powerful in its simplicity, a word with a bit of a twist, reflecting The eclectic and often unusual repertoire of The choir. In using The archaic spelling – ‘Voyces’ – The choir acknowledges thousands of years of rich choral tradition whilst establishing itself in The 21st century choral landscape. The choir is fast making a name for itself premiering works never before heard in Perth or in fact The world. Voyces seeks to be an interactive and involved performing group in The local WA and wider Australian musical community. As a strong supporter of emerging young composers and Australian composers, Voyces showcases Their works on a regular basis.  less

VocaVoice within a cappella music teachers who fell in love and music students is located. The repertoire of The choir is a blend of The works from Middle Ages, Renaissance, Classic, Romantic, Modern Era as well as Negro - Spiritual and Jazz - Blues - Pop - R&B - Turkish Folk Song pieces. *Eski adıyla Samsun Oda Korosu, yeni adıyla VocaVoice !.. 2010 yılında Şef Bilgen Özcan Coşkunsoy yönetiminde Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Müzik Eğitimi Bölümü öğrencileri ve mezunları tarafından Samsun Oda Korosu ismiyle kurulan grup 2012 yılında VocaVoice ismini almıştır.
