Hoc est enim corpus meum The world's eternity lies here within my hand. The weight of pain, of love, redemption is a sigh upon my hand, My Christ, Lord of the infinite, small to my comfort in my hand. Humility of Love that tender here lies low. Joshua's music is beloved by audiences across MN and the upper-Midwest. His music fuses many styles and techniques; Ancient chant, Medieval organum, Russian orthodox liturgy, and the shimmering harmonies of modern choral music, to name a few. Audience members often comment that Josh's music is their favorite part of a from Age to Age concert, or they will ask Josh why we didn't perform another known favorite of theirs that Josh has written. The price on which they bargain will be a people’s doom. There’s a roar of war in the Factories and idle hands on the street And Europe held in nightmare by the thud of marching feet. Now sinks the sun of surety,the shadows growing tall Of the big bosses plotting their biggest coup of all. Is there no strength to save us? No power we can trust. We are mostly performing classical and modern works for Female Choirs. Here are some works we have performed. Pergolesi: Stabat Mater, Telemann, Bach and M. Haydn Cantatas, Mass by Cesar Franck, works by F. Liszt, Villa Lobos, Rachmaninov and a lot of other interesting things.
