It is a registered charity centred around the Kenfig Hill community of South Wales, UK. We also have two associated Youth Choirs 'Da Capo' and 'Crescendo'. The Choir's history stretches back to 1896, with a few gaps. The latest incarnation was re-founded in 1972.

We are also aiming at focusing more on choral projects and concerts than competitions so that our singers enjoy singing and get compensated for engaging in the Choir. Choir members are taught Theory and History of music for free.
